“Drury Chattanooga's friendly stay”

Drury Plaza Hotel Chattanooga Hamilton Place is a new, very clean Chattanooga stay — kind staff who cemented Drury's friendliest-chain reputation, huge parking, good food and a free light dinner among top-notch offerings. One severe dissent though described a forty-five-minute visit: two rooms that smelled, three room changes citing soiled toilet seats, floor debris and hair on beds, then a refund deferred to the booking platform still unresolved a week later — with other lobby guests complaining too.

Rooms: Clean rooms for most; smells drove a checkout.
Service: Kind staff; a refund runaround though.
Location: A Hamilton Place location for guests.
Food: Good food plus a free light dinner.
Facilities: Huge parking for the guests here.
Cleanliness: Clean for most; hair and debris once.
