“Istoria's beach perch”
Istoria Hotel is a best-experience incredible stay — a beautiful boutique hotel right on Perivolos's black-sand beach with stunning views and great beachside restaurants, a beyond-perfect room, stunning facilities, incredible food, extremely kind generous accommodating staff who cannot do enough, and a pool bar where bartender Stelios intuited drinks so well a drop-in guest stayed all afternoon; after Oia and Fira, several say they would choose nowhere else on the island. Caveats though: the dining could add a little more range and attention to detail.
