Within walkable distance of attractions and eateries — the main mall a two-dollar Grab ride — Bach Suites Saigon, a Member of Design Hotels is a beautiful genuinely-attentive stay for many: a big beautiful clean comfortable room, a chit-chat-friendly lobby with self-serve coffee and tea and a come-back intent. A severe dissent though: an often-empty front desk, loud night bar music wrecking rest, a pre-booked quiet room placed on the ninth floor where all guests tramped through to the rooftop restaurant from 7am, terrible soundproofing, a fixed-direction AC blowing on heads, sideways sleeping for two nights, a tub-only premium room unsuitable for limited mobility and no toothbrushes.
