Embassy Suites by Hilton Pigeon Forge Resort is a brand-new beautifully-decorated resort — super clean beautiful rooms, a huge outdoor pool area, balcony views of the baseball fields, breathtaking seventh-floor patios, a beyond-expectations breakfast buffet plus made-to-order items, a fun rooftop reception and pleasant happy hour, a washer and dryer, a well-appointed gym, and friendly efficient staff; kids loved it throughout. One caveat: kids overran the property for one stay, the dining and bar space felt unclean, and a texted request went unanswered; staff could also smile more.
