“Springfield's embassy suites”
A pleasant highly-recommended stay for many, Embassy Suites by Hilton Springfield offers safe hygienic spaces, helpful friendly greeting staff, a nice clean room, delicious made-to-order omelets, convenient transport and return intentions. Dissents though: a severe five-of-ten report — front-desk staff making lobby guests feel watched at night, a pool closing earlier than advertised and a no-toilet-paper reply — half the kitchen outlets dead killing the microwave, an older facility versus sister properties and a below-par breakfast for some.
