“Fairmont Xiamen's warm welcome”
Fairmont Xiamen is the most satisfying hotel of one guest's trip — a Jay Chou-picked home-feeling property with full warmth from the door, top-tier butler service from Summer (praised repeatedly for smiling responsive care), and a professional patient travel-shoot photographer (Jack) whose posed photos guests loved. Families with kids enjoyed it; one wished for a children's play area. No other complaints appear.
