Chapeau Rouge PAR William Frachot - Hôtel Espace Bien-être & Restaurant étoilé is a perfect satisfied stay — an immaculate Dijon old-town property near the Galeries Lafayette with a spotless room — compact bedroom, large bathroom — exceptionally-helpful lovely friendly staff, a two-Michelin-star restaurant of a dozen tables that one guest regretted not prebooking, and plenty of restaurants five to ten minutes away for snails, beef cheek in red wine and the recommended mustard roast chicken; a very comfortable south-France base guests will return to. Caveats though: several in-room charging outlets were dead.
