About ten minutes from the metro up a hill — a quiet residential-business district with restaurants, cafes, a market and a park — Dwo Colours Alcalá is a very clean modern comfortable stay for many: a spacious ergonomic room, excellent kind staff and good value. Serious dissents though: a terrible stay for one, a small dark room with a smell, a tiny crowded lift, no kettle, a poor breakfast and a refused cancellation that cost an extra night, plus a slight drain smell for another.
