“Sengokuhara's Hakone care”
The Hiramatsu Hotels & Resorts Sengokuhara Hakone is a best-in-every-way stay for most — a secluded hilltop retreat with beautiful views, a much-praised Italian restaurant, a clean environment, excellent attentive service with direct communication — receptionist Mr Zhang gave meticulous care — laundry service, and a good onsen. Caveats though: beyond the baths and dining there is little else to do, surcharges feel steep, transportation must be planned in advance, and Hakone's narrow roads demand careful driving.
