“Puro Palma's design stay, shocking fault”
Puro Grand Hotel is an artistic-looking Palma old-town hotel — a welcome drink, a delicious varied breakfast worth the stay alone, a free transfer to their beach club, super tidy cleanliness for most, a fun central location two minutes from shopping and dining, and staff who can not do enough. Two serious incidents: a guest reports their first-ever downgrade — an undisclosed semi-basement room with a basement bathroom and murky air; and a loose bedside-light switch gave an electric shock to guest AND the staff member who checked it — turndown had switched the light on without flagging it. Hygiene notes include ants and unchanged sheets; the airport bus walk crosses cobblestones.
