arTree Hotel is a nice comfortable repeat-worthy stay — a convenient location with many eateries nearby, spacious clean newer-decor rooms with nice interiors and a comfortable Japanese heated toilet, a delicious breakfast with a great selection, good helpful service and hospitality, a free elite-tier upgrade, and a relaxing bathing setup; a second stay confirmed the formula. Caveats though: the iron is borrowed from the desk and took two days to arrive — more stock would help — plus one hot-weather downside left unspoken.
