“O by Tamara's split”
O by Tamara, Trivandrum is arguably the city's best — clean rooms with safe drinking water, an excellent breakfast, excellent facilities, a huge-convenience location near Lulu Mall and KIMS hospital, and friendly helpful polite multilingual staff who accommodated all requests; guests hope to rebook. Caveats though: mosquitoes and one cockroach appeared, housekeeping sometimes forgot towels and tea kits, a 4pm lunch attempt found the restaurant unready, and a lack of staff communication kept locking guests out — the keycard needed resetting every two days.
