“Yangcheng Lake's care”
Fairfield by Marriott YangCheng Lake Kunshan is a pleasant quality stay — a clean comfortable room with a comfy mattress and a clean dry bathroom, a quiet responsive team that found a guest's left-behind item and promptly mailed it home, and warm thorough desk agents praised by name — Lucky, Xiao Zhou and Pener — who checked guests in efficiently and offered thoughtful area advice; full marks and a first-choice rebook.
