“Fairfield Tijuana's split”
Fairfield Inn & Suites Tijuana is a nice clean stay for many — a new minimalist-style hotel in an excellent central location with convenient dining and shopping, a clean very comfortable if sprawling room, a friendly check-in that honoured the requested room type, and an included breakfast that suits business travellers. Caveats though are serious: room-service and front-desk calls went unanswered, and a severe report says heavy rains made the property unreachable yet the hotel refused to reschedule or cancel, costing the guests their payment.
