Connected to the Galenia hospital in a safe area, Four Points by Sheraton Cancun Centro proves an excellent business-friendly stay for many: a clean room, a good sleep and breakfast, a welcoming breakfast host, above-and-beyond staff with a praised desk helper and maintained common areas. Dissents though: a nowhere-near-anything location far from the sea and shops with a pricey bad downstairs restaurant, older fittings worse than photos, missing pool tiles, very bad waitstaff for one and daytime air conditioning that cooled poorly.
