On an excellent convenient location guests revisit, Four Points by Sheraton Phuket Patong Beach Resort draws a good vibe, a decent standard, an enjoyed pool-access room, attentive friendly staff and a loved breakfast selection. Serious pans though: a burnt pizza reached room service anyway, the infinity pool ran murky with poor filtration and average hygiene, another stay found an unclean room with a broken door lock, an ordinary view and old facilities — that guest won't recommend.
