“Four Seasons Nashville's polish”
Four Seasons Hotel Nashville is a beautifully-located Broadway-convenient hotel — thoughtfully-designed well-appointed rooms, understated-elegant public areas, excellent dining spanning breakfast through in-room meals, a lovely spa with a capable masseuse, river views, walkable downtown, and warm gracious above-and-beyond staff celebrating birthdays. One severe dissent though: forty minutes unseated in the restaurant, a two-to-three-hour room-service wait, a concrete-hard bed, and a damaged new Range Rover at the valet; construction also once closed the restaurant and bar, and a fifty-five-year-old was made to fetch ID for wine.
