Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is an amazing stay for most — elegant rooms (a wonderful special-visit view was assigned), so-beautiful gardens and grounds, a loved chapel birthday dinner, very good sanitation, and good facilities; guests want to return. Caveats though: a severe report calls service pretty bad with weird staff, says included breakfast was charged anyway, and dubs the very average room expensive at 5/10 service; another's broken AC unit roared like fire engines — switching it off meant a hot sleepless night.
