Four Seasons Hotel Miami is a tall, luxurious Brickell hotel — a beautiful seventh-floor fan-deck pool swum daily, simple but decent breakfast, stable sleep (bed, sound, scent and AC), friendly staff, and a ten-minute walk to the shore since it is not beachfront. But billing is a recurring failure: one four-day stay had charges messed up three times — their worst-ever Four Seasons stay apart from fantastic Nuna Restaurant service — and at checkout another guest was insistently re-charged a resort tax already paid, only resolved by phoning the booking platform.
