The complaints: loud birds from 6am and many bugs after six in the evening; it's far from airport and centre with a single pricey restaurant; and one severe grievance — a top-tier member was assigned the noisiest corridor room between restaurant and bar with paper-thin walls, then swapped to a quiet room at midnight proving availability; the 'didn't know you needed quiet' desk reply and the replacement's damp mouldy duvet compounded it.
