Mulia Resort is a decent beachfront stay for many — a spacious beautiful resort with crystal-clear water, great facilities, a comfortable bed, a big well-equipped gym, a varied multi-country breakfast, welcoming staff, great service, and handmade pasta at Soleil; an uncrowded super relaxing feel. Caveats though: a dissent misses the Bali vibe — one big boring pool with leaves, few places to wander, a bathtub found with black spots, thin soundproofing carrying footsteps, visibly old lamps and floors, no evening turndown ritual, and a breakfast that looks varied but lands unremarkably.
