Aethos Milan is a clean, well-maintained Navigli hotel guests call best-in-Milan — fantastic decor, a whole-hotel vibe with an all-inclusive-resort feel, a great bar for post-exploring drinks, a delicious breakfast, a small but well-appointed gym, large rooms with very comfortable beds, super smooth check-in and checkout, and genuinely exceptional staff who make up for room hiccups; Navigli's restaurants are beside it and the Duomo is a 25-minute walk. Two complaints: a paid-for junior suite arrived as a smaller room with unhelpful staff, and the neighboring office door kept being opened.
