“Lasaretti's Oulu perch”
Hotel Lasaretti is the best-in-Oulu pick per a twice-yearly local — clean tidy quiet rooms with all needed, a nice breakfast buffet plus lovely evening meals, a characterful modern build inside a fantastically-remodeled former hospital, a beautiful quiet riverside spot a fifteen-minute walk from downtown, ample usually-plentiful free parking, and friendly staff who exceed expectations; it's a go-to driving stopover.
