“Taipei's forward hotel”
Two minutes from the MRT — convenience stores all around for typhoon-bound days — Forward Hotel Taipei is a nice central stay: an automated clean tidy room with balcony options and nice street views, a tasty breakfast, daily cleaning and great friendly service. Dissents though: a tiny no-luggage-space room, no USB ports, a shallow splashing sink, weak shower pressure, unrenewed slippers and a desk judged too rigid to be humane.
