On an excellent location with many downstairs restaurants and convenient transport — breakfast included — Taipei Hamp Court Palace is a clean spacious European-styled stay for many: very big rooms and beds suiting a family of four, warm service, clean facilities, okay breakfast variety and a definitely-again intent. A severe dissent though: a claimed-2021 opening that was really a partially-renovated very old hotel, bulging broken floors, very poor hygiene, a bed that shook on every turn and a twenty-year-old AC too loud to sleep through.
