“Kyoto's modern PIN-code stay”
Kabin Taka is a loved, modern Kyoto base a few blocks from Shijo's shopping district and not far from Gion — clean fairly-spacious rooms, an electric stove, frying pan and full dining set, convenience stores, supermarkets and unique cafés nearby, PIN-code entry with no key needed, unlimited self-service luggage storage, coin washer-dryers, opt-in cleaning and friendly multilingual staff. Caveats: the bathroom is somewhat open — better for couples or small families — and one room ran stuffy with poor air circulation.
