Staylist AI overview · based on 8 public guest reviews

“HGI Hoover's cleanest rave”

Hilton Garden Inn Hoover Birmingham is an amazingly-clean even-when-packed stay — immaculate throughout despite day-and-night baseball tournaments (one calls it their cleanest hotel ever), perfect-size clean comfortable queen rooms, and pleasant friendly extremely helpful staff. Caveats though: a garbage-like smell hit one room and floor, a shower curtain arrived mis-hung, housekeeping is every-other-day — one room was skipped until Sunday despite two requests — the two-hotels-in-one setup means only one breakfast is free, and there is no pool.

Rooms: Clean rooms; a smell dissent though.
Service: Helpful; a cleaning gap though on each stay.
Location: A Hoover spot for guests on each stay.
Food: A breakfast split was noted on each stay.
Facilities: No pool was reported though on each stay.
Value: A repeat pick for guests on each stay.
Cleanliness: Mostly spotless; a smell though on each stay.
