“HGI Gallatin's cookie welcome”
Hilton Garden Inn Gallatin is a quiet clean hotel with warm touches — spacious comfortable rooms, an internal restaurant with a good menu, a lobby latte machine plus fresh cookies at arrival, Crabtree toiletries, and genuinely-friendly very helpful staff; Bradford earned praise. Caveats though: one guest was declined a room, found no flexibility on late arrival, and says management never called back; bring your own slippers and toiletries, and ask the desk for water.
