The complaints: a noisy roof AC — avoid the top floor; worst experience ever — an unclean room beside the truck loading area woke the guest early, and the complaint got a case opened, tell the website shrug; a random false fire alarm forced a night evacuation; hotel parking is dear (SpotHero offered fifteen-dollar garages); the free breakfast is outsourced with tip fees; and 2am arrivals found no obvious check-in parking.
