“HGI Las Colinas' repeat base”
Hilton Garden Inn Las Colinas is a clean tidy repeat-visit business hotel near the airport — spacious big-window rooms, a perfect location by grocery stores, Walmart and fast food, and loved staff including two always-ready reception ladies; ten minutes reaches the rental-car return. One detailed dissent is notable though: a nearly-clogged bathroom drain, no vent fan and pooling shower water, the worst check-in attitude experienced, and a distrustfully-handled deposit still unrefunded four days later; breakfast is not complimentary and there is no walk-in shower.
