Hilton Garden Inn Des Moines Airport is a clean friendly stay — a well-located airport hotel near a park good for walks, a phenomenal hotel restaurant for one guest, friendly accommodating staff from registration to housekeeping, and a thoughtful touch: staff phoned about an item left in the room. Caveats though: laundry and housekeeping doors were left open, the onsite Johnny's and breakfast buffet disappointed one guest, and a traveller with disabilities found the bed less comfortable than the chain's usual.
