“HGI Spartanburg's highway stop”
Hilton Garden Inn Spartanburg is a nice clean modern yearly stop between the two interstates — comfortable quiet spacious rooms, quick amazing staff (Matthew at the desk and Karen at the Heirloom praised), a pleasant breakfast (charged at weekends), and easy parking near dining. The complaints are pointed though: an approved late checkout was revoked by housekeeping knocks and a noon deadline call, one room was never cleaned with no fresh towels, and another arrived dirty with a hair ball under the sheets and smeared goo on the bathroom handle.
