“West Lake's warmth”
Hilton Garden Inn Hangzhou West Lake is an absolutely-amazing stay — a convenient location with a good vibe and environment that made great Hangzhou memories, fantastic friendly service, a delicious breakfast, quite good hygiene, clean tidy rooms that are quiet at night, and thoughtful professional desk staff: Wang and Yanhua checked guests in nimbly and patiently helped with problems, and Ou and Xiao Ming upgraded a guest to a premium room and gifted breakfast.
