“Mongkok's hilton garden”
Between Mongkok and Yau Ma Tei stations in a cheaper zone — a ten-year returning pick, a viral coffee spot beside — Hilton Garden Inn Hong Kong Mongkok is a very good recommended stay: a larger-and-cleaner-than-expected room, decent size for the district, professional efficient staff, eco amenity swaps, a rooftop pool the kids loved and decent value. Cautions though: a seven-hundred-metre metro walk across several junctions, slightly-aged fittings and a dirty pool window spoiling the swim-up view.
