“HGI Lucknow's kind staff”
Hilton Garden Inn Lucknow is rated the city's best by some — squeaky-clean rooms, a great breakfast, a good pool, a chill environment, and super kind staff (Summit and Utkarsh named) serving like hosts. Honest notes though: rooms run small and one caller judged them badly in need of renovation, and an unpleasant-smelling room required repeated calls before a change was granted.
