“HGI Edmond's uneven stay”
Hilton Garden Inn Edmond Oklahoma City North is a relatively-new clean well-kept hotel in a nice area — large rooms with very comfortable beds, a very good breakfast, a clean pool with towels, a maintained laundry, and pleasant helpful staff. The complaint set is notable though: a leftover dirty face cloth and a dirty shower rag, a tick in one room then a different insect in the replacement with a manager unreachable, a freezing fridge and sticking toilet, towels that had to be chased, and a strong cleaning-product smell.
