“Schaumburg's hilton garden”
Hilton Garden Inn Schaumburg earns nice quiet-clean praise for many: a clean up-to-date room close to everything, an exceptionally comfortable bed guests consider copying at home, a nice jetted tub and good staff. Dissents though carry severe weight: a day-long power outage with a dead elevator, stairs and a two-hour post-eleven check-in driving a refund request, stopped hot water, batteries fetched downstairs, member-gated in-room items, lobby coffee only mid-morning, a fee-based breakfast and a crowded dirty-looking pool.
