Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh Downtown is a prime Market Square stay — clean relatively-updated rooms, a helpful parking garage, morning lobby coffee, the very good Revel restaurant, short walks to Point Park, the riverwalk and stadiums, and above-and-beyond desk service (Lori ensured an oversized van would not be towed). Two rough notes though: stained filthy lobby couches worried arrivals, and one severe review alleged bed bugs plus a four-am lobby scene — a stay they will never repeat.
