“Lenox's split verdict”
Hilton Garden Inn Lenox Pittsfield is a very clean comfortable stay for most — an easy-to-find hotel with an outstanding Berkshires location five minutes from downtown Lenox and Tanglewood and a minute's walk to Guido's specialty market, extremely comfortable beds, a pool and jacuzzi, a delicious Thai-fusion lobby restaurant Jae's with efficient friendly bartenders, great staff, and an early check-in. Caveats though: a severe report found the room unclean — potato-chip crumbs on the floor and grime coming off the bathroom floor on a washcloth — and one guest compared the toilet paper to sandpaper.
