“HGI Southern Pines' golfers' base”
Hilton Garden Inn Southern Pines / Pinehurst is a clean modern comfortable area favorite — immaculate rooms, polite accommodating staff, a quick great room service, and breakfast vouchers that cover made-to-order dishes once the thin buffet disappoints (one guest urged others to order rather than skip). Two negatives though: a couple found blood and yellow stains in their bed, the pool is unheated, and the second-floor lobby carried a perfume-like smell.
