“HGI Tuxtla's brand question”

Hilton Garden Inn Tuxtla Gutierrez is a well-located hotel — comfortable beds, impeccable cleanliness per most, an exceptional breakfast, and friendly good service. Caveats though: one midnight arrival found systems down with no key cards issuable, mediocre wifi, and a low-flow shower unworthy of the brand, while another claims the property merely rents the name without the services.

Rooms: Comfortable rooms; a system fail once though.
Service: Friendly staff for the guests here.
Location: Everything close for the guests here.
Food: An exceptional breakfast for the guests.
Facilities: Mediocre wifi and weak shower once.
Value: Good value; a brand dissent though.
