“HGI Brampton West's mixed stay”
Hilton Garden Inn Toronto/Brampton West is a spacious, fairly-upscale Brampton hotel — big complete rooms, a welcoming lobby rest area with coffee, milk and hot water, a very rich breakfast covering milk, bread, fruit, bacon and yogurt, a train to the city, and warm patient staff; a room problem was fixed with a quick sweet-smelling swap. Two severe complaints: the most horrific experience — a late check-in, then zero water pressure at midnight forced a full repack and room move; and a rude, unwelcoming receptionist named Manpreet who spoke unpleasantly as kids played nearby. Notes: it's far from downtown; the bathroom has no exhaust fan so smells linger; and some charging points were dead.
