“Graduate Dallas' severe split”
Graduate by Hilton Dallas is a great-rebranded exceptional stay for many — an adorable old-boutique-turned Graduate next to SMU with kind courteous staff at every contact, good value, and convenient campus access. Caveats though: severe reports call the decor lipstick on a pig — hot water was dead with no check-in heads-up, a room directly above the restaurant smelled like a deep fryer and the desk lacked authority to change it, and another cites text-only messaging, no kid friendliness and a power outage that forced a middle-of-the-night checkout.
