“Hotel Solera's split”
Tandem Solera is a comfortable apartment stay for many — very good-quality apartments, a beautiful building, nice views from the room, great service, and a correct well-located position. Caveats though are serious: building acoustics mean noise carries everywhere, and a severe report describes a wrong-city booking where the hotel allegedly charged the full stay anyway and refused to return the deposit, with the guest calling it a scam.
