“Homewood Champaign's campus base”
Homewood Suites by Hilton Champaign-Urbana is a big comfortable stay — large one-bed-one-living rooms with a kitchen for simple cooking (incomplete cookware though) and a mildly-noisy fridge, an included breakfast with delicious fresh-baked waffles and queued fried eggs (thin pickings late), easy parking near campus in a safe area with transit, and high overall value. Caveats though: two days passed with no cleaning — trash was self-managed — and the AC ran cool when heat was wanted.
