“Hilton Memphis' keycard saga”
Hilton Memphis is a great-staff stay in a nice area — clean rooms with a good bed, plenty of close restaurants, close wide-space parking, an on-site bar and coffee shop, quick check-in and out, and excellent cooperative helpful staff. Caveats though: rooms run old and due for remodeling, one keycard failed four times across two nights, a shower filled up over a badly-stained tub, elevators ran slow forcing dirty hard-door stairs, and the pool disappointed.
