Hilton Minneapolis/Bloomington is a wonderful comforting stay — good-size clean rooms in a beautiful hotel, a great central location with easy highway access, plenty of parking and tons of nearby Edina restaurants and shopping, and helpful staff; guests rate ten out of ten. Caveats though: the pool runs very small, stuffy and windowless, and the calamari lacked marinara — perhaps a regional thing.
