“New orleans' hilton st charles”
Near the outlet mall and Bourbon Street with no car needed, Hilton New Orleans/St.Charles Avenue earns excellent clean marks for some: very comfortable beds, out-of-the-way help with taxis and luggage, good wheelchair access and a great lobby. Dissents though carry severe weight: a running septic line, an unusable tub and dirty carpet with an unfound ice room, a surprise daily fee with ignored cleaning and a rude condescending supervisor, cold showers from a failing heater, charged water, broken lifts and a busted entry tile that forced footwear indoors.
