Is Hilton New Orleans Riverside good? Overview, pros and cons

Verdict: 8.7/10 (Staylist AI score). Guests praise: direct mall and river link; clean renovated rooms; good views. Main complaint: bed type swapped once.

Staylist AI overview · based on 8 public guest reviews

“Riverfront Riverside with outlet link”

Hilton New Orleans Riverside scores on location — a corridor leads straight into the outlet mall and toward the Mississippi riverwalk, five minutes to Canal Street and ten to Bourbon — plus clean renovated rooms, river views, a good pool, friendly staff and a distinctive restaurant. Guests felt safe and rates fair. Two issues stand out: an app-booked king arrived as two queens with no warning in the booking terms, and a daily amenity fee applies — worthwhile only if you actually use what it covers. Deliveries cannot reach guest floors.

Rooms: Clean, renovated rooms with river views.
Service: Friendly staff and perfect service for most.
Location: Linked to the outlet mall and riverwalk.
Food: A distinctive restaurant near oyster spots.
Facilities: A good pool and mall walkway.
