“Hilton Cavasson's new build”
Hilton North Scottsdale at Cavasson is a new clean hotel near stores — quiet well-appointed rooms with big bathroom counters, delicious restaurant breakfasts, a nice pool with cabanas, easy parking-to-room flow, and amazing helpful staff. New-build bugs show though: housekeeping is pull-the-sheets light with promised third-night changes not done and tissues unreplaced, some pool lights and sound systems failed, a security latch was loose, garbage overflowed, 'view' rooms lack views, and ventilation ran loud and unkillable.
